Joaquin is an internet technology veteran. During his career he has worked as a web designer, web video tech, programmer and manager, and this breadth of experience informs all of his projects with the Devious Media team. Joaquin has worked with industry leaders such as Verizon, Sony Pictures Television, 76 Lubricants, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences , Limewire, the Linux Foundation, as well as numerous small businesses and internet start ups. With over a decade of experience in his field, he is still as passionate about the internet as ever.

With a degree in design he is an active participant in the design organization AIGA and serves as the AIGA Portland board President.
